5 elements 15m OWA yagi (homemade)
Now that we're replacing everything, maybe I can also make a 15m yagi.
The boom of the 10m OWA yagi can definitely handle some extra weight.
Regular visitors to my site may remember that I used to have a KT34.
Much of the 15m yagi is made with aluminum from the KT34.
At this point, all the elements have been made. Here are a few photos below.

At the top of this photo you can see the old KT34 which has now been almost completely taken apart
You might be wondering why I took the KT34 apart!
This is the old version, which only gives you poor connections. The new version is much better because they now use new technology to make this antenna.
Yes, you can buy an upgrade kit, but the cost of getting it from the USA to Belgium, the purchase price of the kit, and customs fees were far too high, and especially for a 25 year old antenna.
That's why we're giving this old KT34 a new life.
Parts for my 15m yagi

I didn't take many photos, but here you can see the elements already in made.
It's just a matter of assembling and securing the aluminum tubes.
On the right side of the photo you can see the old KT34 again.
Once I get everything mounted on the boom I'll post further pictures.
