The start is always again searching online to get the information we need.

So it’s not a new design I just be like a monkey and try to duplicate an existing system.

I ordered the PCB’s from PI4CC on 31/05/2020 and making my material list on mouser.

At the moment the cost for the PCB are 75€, All the electronic parts cost (with some spare one's) 240€

total cost at the moment is 315€

Still starting with the project and calculating the cost of it.

At the moment I spend around 300€ on the PCB’s and the electronic components.

Still need the 75Ohm coax, the F connectors and magnetic wire still searching on that one.

Especially the green and red one in 28AWG is in my little search hard to find;

For the coax I have found some from Amphenol for 300m it was 150€

The F connectors, I have them in stock at home so the cost will be minimum at this.

If I would have bought them it would be around 40€.

So 315€ to build the PCB’s 150€ for the coax and 40€ for the F connectors make it a total spend of 505€ Still a lot of money for  something you don’t know if it would work.

Still need the magnetic wire and the waterproof enclosures.

The aluminium tubes to make the antennas will not be that hard to find, my wife is working at some sort of home depot and they will deliver it at my doorstep, the cost will be minimum because it doesn’t  have to be thick aluminium tubes

I finally got the magnet wire. Unfortunately the colours red and green are hard to find in Belgium so I ordered magnet wire 28Awg without any colour total cost was 8€ for a 100m spool.

The waterproof enclosures for the amps were found on eBay  total cost was 36€ for 10 pieces

So 315€ to build the PCB’s, 150€ for the coax, 40€ for the F connectors, 36€ for the enclosures, 8€ for the magnet wire

Total cost is at the moment 549€ and still needing the RG178 coax, enclosures for the switch unit and one for the controller.

Aluminum are ordered 18pcs of 4meters long.

9Pcs of 22mm in diameter and 9pcs 19mm in diameter.

Total cost for the antennas are 120€

The total cost for this project is around 800€
