It all started with a single vertical for the 40m, well not exactly, it started with a Butternut HF2V to be honest bought it in 2010.

After moving to Vladslo (new QTH) I sold the HF2V and starting building a mono band vertical for the 40m band.

Well the HF2V is not bad on the 40m band but the mono bander was better.

If you know that I am not used to making some DX contacts on the 40m well this was a big step forward for me.

Yes, several months where passing and very nice contacts where made but mmm is there some vertical system with some directivity?
