Danger with RX systems

New system in use more info on this link

As long as you use low power and if you rx antenna is far away of your TX antenna the danger will be limited.

Remember if you transmit onto a frequency  and at the same time u are using a RX system strange things can happen.

To counter that problem you have to detune the RX antenna when you are transmitting.

The other solution is to ground the RX antenna when you are transmitting.

Even the RX can be better if you detune the TX antenna when you are receiving on the RX antenna.

Can you still follow me?

Beneath  you will see the image,I made it of a powerpoint presentation that I gave at my local club.

how to do it, yes other solutions can be working also.

Mine is because that was what I got in stock.

The newest (modern) transceivers has a RX input on the back.

This is NOT how to do it!

Let's see how it should be

I am using a switch, when I am using the TX pedal that "switch" will switch a few milliseconds before the TX, When the foot pedal pushed down, that switch will connect all my RX systems to the ground.

Push to talk!

You see the coax in the green color has been directed to the ground

Releasing the foot pedal will give me again all access to the RX antennas.

I hope it’s been helpful, unfortunately I can’t upload a video at this website for free.
